For insurance purposes, we require 2 forms of identification, which can include a state or federally issued ID. If you are transporting equipment with a value of more than $2,500, we will need a vehicle registration card with information that matches your driver’s license.

A reservation is recommended to ensure availability. If it is your first time renting with Best, you will need to make the reservation in-store.

No. We no longer accept cash or personal checks. We accept all major credit cards.

Yes. Equipment must be secured prior to leaving the rental yard. If you do not have appropriate means to secure equipment, we sell tie down straps at the front counter. For larger equipment, we rent transport chains and binders.

Yes, we rent trailers for equipment with an operating weight of 3,400 lbs or less. Equipment over 3,400 lbs will require your own trailer, capable of transporting the equipment or delivery for an extra fee.

Yes. For an additional fee, we can deliver equipment to your jobsite. Contact one of our representatives for pricing information.

We rent some items that have a 4-hour rate. Most items carry a daily rate. Rental rates are based on the time out, not on the time used.

Yes. On most equipment, our weekly rate equals 3x the daily rate, meaning, you pay for 3 days and get the next 4 at no cost.

Yes. Items rented Saturday after 3:00PM will be due back on the following Monday for the one- day rate.

It varies by the rental equipment. If the equipment is equipped with an hour meter, you will get 8 hours for a daily rental and 24 hours for a weekly rental. Excess usage will result in additional fees. Refer to your contract for whether your equipment has an hour meter.

For smaller gasoline powered equipment, you are not required to refill the fuel. Typically, if the fuel tank is larger than 2 gallons, you are required to refill the fuel. If you do not refuel a piece of equipment that requires a refill, we can fill it for you on-site. Refer to your contract for details.

Equipment returned with excessive mud and/or dirt is subject to additional cleanup fees. Do not use coated grass seed or fertilizer in the ride-on aerator seed hoppers. Doing so will also result in additional fees.

LDW covers a portion of accidental damage to covered equipment during your rental. Beginning January 1, 2024, the Limited Damage Waiver will be mandatory unless the renter provides a certificate of insurance on your General Liability policy prior to the rental from your insurance company naming Best Rent-All as additional insured and loss payee, which has a rider specifically covering rental equipment. The Limited Damage waiver is not insurance, nor is it a warranty. Refer to your contract for more information.

LDW covers 80% of the first $10,000 of repair/replacement costs for physical damage to items covered by LDW. The LDW does not cover intentional damage, loss or theft of equipment, negligence (including monitoring fluid levels), misuse or abuse of equipment (including submerging, overturning and overloading), GPS/telematics systems, batteries, keys, glass, tires, tubes, tracks, booms, belts, chains, knobs, fittings and hoses.
